Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

We offer a flat rate shipping of $6.50 via USPS on all orders.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days. Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or weather conditions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the USPS website at usps.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Bozo Bites is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by USPS. If you believe your package is lost, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number. You are also welcome to reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you.
